TEC Pathways from West is an automated notification system designed to keep patients on a path to health. Heathcare providers can create and prescribe a “Pathway” for the patient’s specific needs — for example, by asking the patient to check blood pressure every Tuesday. The system will automatically remind the patient through various communication channels and assess compliance, offering rewards for adherence. Through this automation, healthcare providers are able to more efficiently care for patients. This interface was created to provide a simple, step-by-step interface for users to create and launch Pathways, and to see at-a-glance how their patients are progressing.
